On the 1st of September 2016 the Stoke on Trent City Council “Green Door” project ended and all paid Staff & volunteers ceased to work for the Green Door project, as it ceased to be. Since that date a new organisation, Green Door CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisations), has been formed and is run by an independent committee and staffed entirely by volunteers.
From Sept/Oct 2018 Green Door will no longer be “staffed entirely by volunteers” as we have been successful in a bid from the National Lottery that will provide funding for one full and two part time staff.
